Abdul-Kabir Olajide Ajana is the Principal Partner of the Firm. He attended University of Ife, Ile-Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo Univerisity, Ile-Ife) Nigeria where he obtained LL.B. with Honours in 1986, and Nigeria Law School, Lagos and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1987. He also has an LL.M, and a Ph.D.

Abdul-Kabir is a multi-skilled Lawyer and Consultant who has been actively involved in Legal Practice since his call to the Nigerian Bar in 1987. He is a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer with great and extensive practice areas covering Corporate & Commercial Practice, Banking & Finance, Taxation, Lands & Real Estate, Labour Law, Election, Chieftaincy and Criminal Matters. He has put up quality representations on behalf of Corporate and Government Institutions, and High-Networth Individuals in trial courts and courts of appellate jurisdictions including the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He rose in ranks in the course of his practice in Ondo State to become the Attorney General/Commissioner for Justice in 2005 and later advanced to become the Secretary to the Ondo State Government and gave a meritorious service till 2009 when he returned to law practice.

He is also a highly gifted Solicitor with an Advanced Certificate from the Thames Valley University, London, U.K. as a Legal Draftsman & Legal Advisor offering his services to both Private Organizations and Public Institutions in Nigeria and has made tremendous contributions to the legal profession establishing the Law Firm, Chief Olajide Ajana & Co.

He consults on Good Governance, election matters, Taxation and Revenue Law, Infrastructure and Project Finance Law, Lands & Real Estate matters, including matters on Security, Construction, Transport and Energy Law.
